PUBLIC SPACES COMMUNITY PLACES CAMPAIGN
In 2019 i3 expanded to take over the side of the building that B. Nektar occupied. Such an expansion takes money.
The MEDC (Michigan Economic Development Corporation) has agreed to provide a matching grant if we can raise 50kUSD between 22 July 2019 to 20 September 2019. Please note this grant is all or nothing, if we raise 49kUSD, we only get 49kUSD. If we raise 50kUSD, we get 100kUSD.

As patronicity has been down for about half the time our campaign has been running, you can also donate via paypal. You won't get rewards like stickers and other stuff, but we'll still get closer to getting that matching grant.

- When does the campaign run?
- From 22 July 2019 to 20 September 2019.
- I have heard a rumor that we will be able to pay our dues through the campaign and get them matched.
- We are planning to sell gift certificates that can be used to pay for dues, classes, and zone fees, but we would like to encourage donations from outside of i3 before we start asking our members to give us more money, so that will likely start in August.
- How can I help?

- How do I pay dues but counting towards the campaign?
- Any of the normal methods will be counted, including paypal or cash/check with a note in the treasurer's box.
- The membership voted to do this on 2019-09-17
