Tasks

• Floor plan:
  • Update furniture placement, vent placement.
  • Mark physical extent (chalk) for wall placement.
  • Materials lists for half walls/railings.
  • Lay out circuit schematics on plan.
• Lights:
  • Choose placement, mark on floor plan.
    • 2023-12-10: Per David, lights are very low power draw; leave power calculations to Infrastructure - no need to request a separate circuit.
• Gluing table/vent hood:
  • Materials list
    • Calculate required lengths of duct.
    • How to support duct?
  • Difficulty of welding bench top from existing pallets?
• Framing table:
  • Figure out materials and equipment to ALSO support canvas, paper, other stretching. Some sort of at-the-surface clamps? Probably not...
  • Add secondary brace passing under channel in center.
• Mat table:
  • Poke Jody about availability and price of 1" tube. Or look self.
  • Determine footages, lay out frame. Note that the 8' is a great basis!
  • Order mat.
• Benchwork (or similar) on east wall:
  • Check screen printing+ with David and Jan.
  • Need to decide what need that space serves. Or is it for expansion later once a new need emerges?
• Other furnishings and fixtures:
  • Chairs?
  • Lay out vertical storage fixture.
  • Choose and lay out garbage cans.
  • Sort out how current cutting tools should live on bench.
  • Sort out worktop based around the book press.
  • Sort out fixture (if any?) for glasses/mug press.
  • Calculate power draw for ALL vinyl.
    • repairs to rheostat box on back of heat press
