General Tasks

Tool crib scavenger hunt--refill the tool crib with all the tools that have been squirreled away around the space.
Go forth with the new fleet of shop vacs and suck! Shit's dusty!
Clean and vacuum out your storage plot next to the Olde Woode Shoppe. This should be the last time they're covered in sawdust!
Refill the vending machine with drinks. It's been empty for a long time!
Dust off all the chairs. They've been sitting unused for a while.
Move all the stuff in front of the graveyard so that it's usable.
Put away all the stuff on the covid table and put the folding table away.

Check on air compressor maintenance schedule
Check/clean/replace air compressor filter
Finish installing circuit for second EV charger
Deal with the dangling shingles on the roof out front so they don't land on cars
Seal & foam bottom edge of drywall wall where it leaks. Then install baseboards.

No-Skill Tasks

Clean the benches
- Any crap on the bench that you can't obviously put away, shuffle to the other bench.
- Wipe down the surface, removing as much gunk as you can. Solvent? Dealer's choice, but windex works great and is mild on plastics.
- Move the crap back, others will deal with it later.

Grab green tape and rewrite fading labels on shoeboxes
- Don't worry about the drawers, those are their own project.

Electronics Nerd Tasks

Go through all the crap left on the benches from the above, and figure out where it goes.
Defrag the test-lead rack according to the green labels underneath.
Take pictures of any gear that doesn't have a wiki page and post those pics in #elab on slack
- Some of us germophobes can take it from there.

Supplies Needed

Windex, optionally with a splash of alcohol
Paper towels
Possibly a filter bag for whatever vacuum cleaner is in use, cuz this is likely to fill one.

Color Printer Jam Fixing - Reassess jam/duplexer issue & order new part if necessary
Wrangling of the dust bunnies
- Wrangle the buns in Print Zone area
- Wrangle dusties in Media Lab room & probably also wash the floor since it gets gross
Prepare Windows PC for format
- Identify software packages and any related plug-ins whose licenses we own
  - (Moving toward Media Lab expansion, future project work-in-progress files may be temporarily stored locally but they will be removed via automated monthly file deletion. So local storage of WIP project files will be permitted but always back up to the file server or risk data loss during the monthly wipe)
General checkup on Oculus Quest
- Make sure it is updated, charging and functioning properly then clean/disinfect

Orders & Restock of Consumable Media

Evaluate general paper media and ink stock for all printers & place necessary orders
Order more paper for DesignJet
- Check eBay for above items to see about any hot deals
Place orders for expansion budget items; Epson Ink, Monitor Calibrator, Video/Photo Camera, etc.
