Instructions
Before printing:
Verify that the paper you want to print on is in the tray you think it is.
Make sure the printer is powered up and clear of errors.
Check the user guide if you need to know how to connect a computer or phone to the printer. (All the computers in the space should already be connected, unless they have recently been wiped or are very new)

FAQ
Q: I sent a print job, but it's not printing!
A: Look at the screen on the printer itself. It's probably asking you which tray to use. The arrow keys and the OK button can be used to make a selection, after which it should work for that print job. To stop this happening in the future, make sure you have the right tray selected on the computer when you go to print.
A2: If the printer screen shows a paper jam, clear it. If it says jam but there is no jam, power-cycle the printer by long-pressing the power button until the printer powers off, wait for it to stop making noises (it takes it a few seconds to do it's power-down routine), then press the button to turn it back on. It could take a couple minutes to power back up, and you'll probably need to re-send your print job. If the printer *still* shows a paper jam and you can't find it, let the slack channel know, as the machine might need maintenance.
A3: If the print screen shows "Exiting sleep mode", power-cycle the printer by long-pressing the power button until the printer powers off, wait for it to stop making noises (it takes it a few seconds to do it's power-down routine), then press the button to turn it back on. It could take a couple minutes to power back up, and you'll probably need to re-send your print job.
