Template:Motion

This is the "Motion" template. Motions are used for things we want to vote on, but aren't real business and we don't want to list in the "list of actions taken" or whatever. Stuff like approving minutes.

It should be called in the following format:

{{Motion|Mover|Second|Description|Ayes|Nays|[PASS|FAIL]}}

Example:

Motion:
Description
Moved by Mover; Seconded by Second
Ayes Ayes / Nays Nays
Result: [PASS
