- Clean up the proposal and prepare the space between 5/18 and 5/26
- Membership vote on 5/26 to add COVID-19 Preparedness and Response Plan to Standing Rules
- Board vote on 5/26 to officially re-open the space
- Space open on 5/27 if everything goes to plan!

- Architechs say we may need a vestibule on a side. But that may require change to the walls. Depending on approval expansion committee will ask architects to send most recent version of the plans to the city for review, and to see what modification they ask for.
