• Nate modified the hackaday remoticon badge and added an HDMI port in order to use a computer graphics card's HDMI I2C to program an SFP connector's compatibility EEPROM (or other I2C devices).

Remove Third Tuesday member meeting

Proposal:
Modify the standing rules Regular Meetings "Regular meetings of the members shall be held on the first and third Tuesdays of each month, at 7:30 PM."
Context
This allows us to move board meetings to third Tuesdays so allow the treasurer to have more time to prepare the monthly report for board meetings. Also third Tuesday member meetings don't typically have much business. People are still free to use any Tuesday to socialize if they want to, just no official voting business.

Nate supports this proposal, for historical context said that many years ago we had enough business to justify two meetings a month, but a few years later realized that it wasn't really helpful anymore. But we didn't want to go to the effort of changing the standing rules, so there was just an unofficial action to only allow motions to adjourn at the third member meeting. But we didn't document it very well, so we forgot and started having them again.
